Dave, trying to setup a mobile TP and use Master Tool Mode so I can touch a part one time and the remaining tools in the Lib (all RHs) will work via their respective TLOs. In Settings I have TLO G-Blk is TP on. In Tooling I have TC Auto TCP and Master T Mode on. My TC Position is Z+50 (mm). Whenever I do an MDI T1M6 (to load my master tool), nothing happens. The Spindle doesn't move to the TC Pos and the Tool Change window remains dimmed. The Next Tool # does show Tool #1 and its stats and if I do another T2M6 the Next Tool # window works, but not the Tool Change window. If I try the same in MDI from another tab; i.e., WC Offset, it doesn't switch to the Tooling tab either. MSM-Pro V2.0.0 Mach 3.043.062 Windows-7, 32-bit Appreciate your thoughts. JimH

Jim, That sounds as if the MSM M6start script is not getting run ....
Please Check these items: 1) check the tool change mode in mach menus; config; general config Is the tool change mode set to "stop & wait" ? If it is set to Ignore tool change, then mach will not run the M6 scripts when executing an M6 - which would cause the symptoms described.
2) on the setting common page, check that "M-Code Copy" is on (it's in the left, upper button cluster in the upper panel).

Yes, I had Config set to Ignore Tool Change. M6 working now, Tool Change window blinking except the Cycle-Start button doesn't turn Green--White Crossed Circle--but can still be pressed to complete the tool change?

Hi, Please see item 4.1 in the MSM release notes. That is almost always the cause of the cycle start button not getting enabled. The release notes describe the mach bug and what to do to fix it.
