I went to update MSM to a 1.1.22 some time ago and got a message "Installation files are corrupted" as soon as I double click the setup file. I didn't do anything then, so I tried the 2.0 release and I get exactly the same message.
This is on Mach 3.43.22.
What could be the issue?
Thanks

Hi, I believe the problem is that you do not have a good download of the MMS installer exe file.
From the documentation for the installer that MSM uses:
I've verified that the file on the CVI server is good (to test, I just downloaded it and installed MSM from the downloaded file).
I suspect that for some reason the internet connection you are using is dropping before the download is completed successfully, or it is getting errors during the download which results in a corrupted file and then the internal validity checks fail when the installer starts up.
FYI - the files sizes are: MSM 2.0 pro file is 69,715KB for size, MSM 1.1.22 is 45,045kb in size

Thanks, that makes sense. I'll try it again with a fresh download and maybe a different browser (Chrome right now).
